My husband and I had a great time on the Victory 2 while in Halong Bay. The whole trip went very smoothly and without a problem, right from our pick from the hotel to the meals on the boat and the service from the crew. We were very surprised to have the boat to ourselves. The boat was beautiful and very comfortable. We could not fault anything while on the tour. The food was really good and we enjoyed all the fresh seafood that was prepared for us. We had a very relaxing time on the boat.
 
I am sorry that I did not get to meet you while I was in Hanoi and to be able to thank you for all your help in leading up to our arrival in Vietnam. If I was to come back to Vietnam in future and needed assistance with tours etc, I would contact you as nothing was an issue to you and you were able to answer all my questions in a short period of time. I would also recommend you and Vietnam TripAdvisor to family and friends if there were travelling to Vietnam.
 
Once again, thank you to yourself and the crew of the Victory 2, for all the help and making our trip to Halong Bay the highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Hi Julia,

 I would like to say that we were very pleased with our trip, especially the part to Mai Chau. The accommodation was excellent, and so was the food, and the villages and environment were beautiful. Minh was very kind, and we enjoyed your company. I do wish that the family who owned the homestay were more willing to interact with us, instead of only talking to the guide. The hostess led us on a great walk around the paddies, but she did not really want to say anything to us.

Cuc Phuong was also good and interesting.

Probably we could have planned another site for the last day, but it was a very good trip overall.

We loved our 2 weeks in Vietnam, both south and north. It is a very beautiful country and I hope someday to visit again.

Hello Tony Thuc & Vietnam trip advisor. How are you? It's been a busy month ever since we were back from Sapa trip. But we really remembered all of you.
It was a wonderful trip and we had an enjoyable time with your colleagues ( Mr Minh & Mr Hung ), as well as with the friendly people we met along the way.
The trekking in Sapa was a little tough for us on the last day ( to Tays Hosts ). Then it rained heavily which worsened the road conditions. You might want to pre-warn your customers regarding these to get them mentally & physicall prepared beforehand. But overall, it was an eye-opener, fun and memorable experience especially for my friend Ms Koh, who has never been to Vietnam.
I will be sending some CDs & photos to your office today via UPS. These are photos from the trip. They will tell you how much fun we had. Would you kindly help me pass them to Mr Minh & Mr Hung There are also some photos for the nice people in Sapa. Please pass them to Mr Minh as he has promised us that he will hand-carry to them in his next trip to Sapa - these are souvenirs from us.
Once again, we thank you for your professional service and great help rendered throughout the trip.
We shall be back in Vietnam and see you soon !

Halong Bay was a good trip
All hotel that you make advance reservation for us in Hoi An, HCMC, Hanoi was very nice.

Guide in Hoi An and Hue was very good.  She asked us questions, was very candid and she followed up on our concerns
In HCMC  it was interesting to travel with an older guide (uncle) and to hear his experiences.All the drivers we had were good

Overall it was a good experience to come to Vietnam for a trip, it was an eye-opener for myself, and I learnt alot from it. You and your colleagues have been wonderful in helping me to rectify.
 
* Your agency has been very sincere at helping me resolve any problems, you have promptly arrange for an excellent guide on our trip.
* The driver your agency engage is very good at his job, we feel very safe taking his car, and he never fail to amaze me with his excellent driving and patience.
* Hanoi is so charming and interesting!! I have yet explore all of it, the galleries, the bookstores, the museums, the puppet show.. and will definitely be back again! mebbe 2010 to join in the century celebration?? i miss the food here too.. the tomatoes just taste so much better! and i discovered Vietnam food is not just about Pho, there's also the seafood.. the coffee.. the eggs and toast.. the steamboat at sapa.. the fried fishes.. the corner stall near the history museum selling bun cha nem ran.. and the cakes u gave me to bring home... I think we were very blessed to have enjoy such good food at Vietnam
 
Wow, now I'm all geared to plan my next trip to Vietnam.. maybe a HoChiMinh - Hue - Hanoi... Hahaha!!!
